Healthy natural hair

Hair damage is caused by a lot of things, from relaxers, heat, hair color to wear and tear.

Establishing the cause of your problem is key.... what is causing damage to your hair?

If you have the answer,let's get going...

There are two types of chemicals involved in hair styling;

1. disulphide bond- Involves permanent changes i.e relaxing hair (changing your hair from curly to straight with no reverse option, unless you cut it off)

2. Hydrogen bond- is a temporary change that is broken by water i.e you do a blow out on your hair and after washing, it goes back to its natural state.

Or using a curling iron to create curls and after washing your hair, it goes back to is natural state.

Understanding the above will help you know how you can repair your damaged hair.

Next is identifying if your hair needs protein or moisture!

Pull out a strand of hair and stretch it....if it snaps fast, you need moisture....if it stretches a really good length, you need protein. (A this point I am smiling, we are getting there)

N/B; Healthy and well balanced hair will stretch a bit and then snap (A video is coming soon)

There are a variety of protein products out there but the list below includes my favorites;

And here are my favorite moisturizing treatments;

One n' Only Argan Oil Hydrating Mask http://amzn.to/2jglCeg

Brazilian Blowout Acai Deep Conditioning Masque http://amzn.to/2xsjsyu

Remember a year treatment plan is more fruitful than a month or a few trial times. Dedicate yourself and pamper your hair, for a damage free, beautiful, strong and a healthy head of hair
