Chickpea falafel

Ingredients;
- 400 g chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 tbs of cumin
- 1 tsp of cardamom
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- sunflower oil
- pepper, salt
Preparation; 1. Pour chickpea into a pot, add in a lot of cold water and leave to soak overnight.
2. Pour the drained chickpeas into a blender, and add salt, onion, garlic and blend
3. Add the finely chopped coriander, cumin, cardamom, ground ginger, chili flakes, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
4. Form small balls.
5. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, warm up the oil and fry the balls for 3 minutes on each side.
5.Serve with natural yogurt, pita bread or a mix of salad.
